Frequently asked questions
Our lighting is designed for residential interiors. Each product page lists the voltage, dimensions and installation method, so you can confirm everything before ordering. For lights that connect to your home's wiring, we recommend a qualified electrician.
It depends on the light. Many of our designs use integrated LEDs or come with bulbs, while others let you choose your own. You'll find the answer in the Technical Information section of every product page.
Orders are dispatched with tracking and usually arrive within 3–7 business days. Including order processing, allow approximately 4–9 business days in total.
Consider your room size, ceiling height and what the light needs to do. As a guide, a pendant above a dining table should hang 75–85 cm above the tabletop. Our lighting guides walk you through every room.
